Overview

Ashley D. McWilliams-Davis is an Associate Attorney at Pastore LLC, where she represents businesses and other clients in sophisticated commercial litigation. Her practice encompasses all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial and resolution, with a focus on strategic advocacy, complex discovery, motion practice, and litigation risk assessment.

Before joining Pastore LLC, Ashley practiced at a national law firm and later served as in-house counsel for a Fortune 100 insurance company, where she managed high-exposure litigation involving general liability, professional liability, directors and officers liability, cyber liability, fiduciary liability, and other complex matters. Working closely with outside counsel and business leaders, she developed litigation strategy, evaluated legal and business risk, and helped resolve complex disputes efficiently and effectively. Her in-house experience gives her firsthand insight into the legal, financial, and business considerations that shape litigation strategy and client decision-making.

Ashley earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she served as President of the Negotiation & Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, was member of the Connecticut Moot Court Board, participated in the Mediation Clinic as a student mediator before the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, and served as a student attorney in the Transactional Law Clinic. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.

Ashley is admitted to practice in Connecticut.
