The matter is pending in the District of New Jersey and involves the creation of a Bloomberg terminal for the cryptocurrency industry. The software created by the start-up was designed to provide all data related to thousands of cryptocurrencies and the crypto trading functionality was to be provided through third parties accessible through the terminal.
