Overview
Eric Jun Bi is an Associate Attorney at Pastore in its Stamford office. Mr. Bi is an active member of numerous bar associations, including the New York City Bar Association, where he was recently appointed to serve a three-year term on the Securities Litigation Committee. Prior to Pastore, Mr. Bi served as an Associate Attorney at a national plaintiff-side securities class action firm, where he focused on a number of high-stakes securities class actions, including the historical largest settlement against a delisted Chinese public company.
Mr. Bi graduated from Cornell Law School in 2024. While in law school, Mr. Bi was actively engaged with multiple organizations and affiliate groups on campus. Mr. Bi served as the President of the Business Law Society, a member of the Moot Court Board, and a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
Mr. Bi was a practicing attorney at a regional firm in Beijing, People’s Republic of China, following his graduation from Yanching Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Laws, where he specialized in commercial litigation matters.
