Overview
Carlton “Chip” Cabot is a Law Clerk at Pastore in its Stamford and NYC offices.
Mr. Cabot is primarily involved with our litigation practice in the areas of securities law, corporate governance and commercial litigation, and he also assists with general counsel matters for our hedge fund and private equity clients. He has a background in real estate transactions and financing in the New York City area, and has experience in the areas of wills, trusts and estate planning, and construction litigation. He also has experience in constituent relations from his time working for Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown.
Mr. Cabot graduated from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University where he studied land use, environmental law, international law and corporate law. He received a B.A. in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. While enrolled at Trinity College, Mr. Cabot was a co-captain of the Trinity College ski team and helped to establish several social clubs including the Trinity College bowling club and the Trinity College barbeque club. He is an avid skier and golfer, and has a passion for travel and history.
