Overview

Brian Koralewski is a rising 3L at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University with interests in mergers and acquisitions, securities, and international law. Before law school, he was a college professor and an economist in the commercial real estate and digital asset sectors, most recently working as a Risk Consultant for investment managers seeking exposure to digital assets. He formerly held FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, reflecting his foundational experience in securities and investment advisory regulation. Brian was a Division I swimmer at Binghamton University, where he earned both his B.S. and M.A. in Economics. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer as well as both downhill and cross-country skiing.
