Alexander Ryan Sokolof is an Associate Attorney at Pastore in its Stamford office.

Mr. Sokolof represents businesses and individuals in a variety of aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses primarily on corporate law, securities fraud, and contract law. Throughout his career, Alexander has focused on detailed legal research and analysis as well as thoughtful and practical solutions to address his clients’ needs. Committed to resolving claims quickly and efficiently, he regularly achieves innovative and cost-effective solutions to clients’ most complex legal issues.

Mr. Sokolof is a graduate of Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he graduated cum laude with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use and a concentration in Corporate Law and Compliance. He was the Managing Editor of Pace International Law Review and hosted a 2019 symposium on human rights. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from S.U.N.Y. Binghamton.
